Bryan Nickless – managing director
At work: Bryan is the man in charge, founder of the company with decades of experience across a large range of sectors and client types. His finely tuned understanding of communications is a gift when matching format to audience. At play: When he’s not braving the elements to improve his golf handicap, Bryan is playing “Pops” to his twin grandchildren.
Nick Turrell – director
At work: A hands-on operator, Nick’s writing, editing and project management experience crosses various sectors, but especially the hospitality and water industries, communicating to audiences internally and externally, including the general public. At play: A connoisseur of ale – he once won a beer-writing award – and an avid follower of Brighton & Hove Albion FC to all corners of the country. Three teenage children are gradually turning his strawberry blond hair grey!
Ros O’Leary – director
At work: Ros is an experienced practitioner in marrying the strategic needs of the client and the practical needs of the audience to bring mutual benefits. Her lateral thinking makes her one of our stars when it comes to consultancy, communications audits and event management. At play: In recent years she’s shunned the bright lights and high life of the local bars and eateries for the thrills and spills of Legoland with her seven-year-old daughter.
Elaine Morton – account director
At work: Elaine is a formidable force when it comes to producing some of the best publications in the industry. She manages a team of writers, designers and photographers to make every production count. At play: Her passions include everything from Steven Gerrard to Jimmy White, Take That to Chas & Dave, and The Sopranos to Dallas.
Caroline Meredith – associate director
At work: Caroline manages a team of specialists in making all types of face-to-face communication successful. Her tenacity and impeccable organisational skills are valuable assets in managing time-critical events and conferences. At play: A social animal flitting from relaxing holidays in Sri Lanka to music festivals in the Isle of Wight and football matches at her beloved Stamford Bridge.
Euan Felton – technical & production manager
At work: Getting the technical side of conferences and events spot on is crucial. Euan makes sure this happens seamlessly - from preparing technical drawings to translating set designs into reality, and running the technicians on site. At play: Transferring his skills to make things happen on the home front, Euan spends much of his free time working as a parish councillor and community activist.
Ben Edwards – account manager
At work: Ben manages designers and writers to create award-winning publications, as well being a dab hand at coming up with exactly the right turn of phrase at the right time. At play: Life is a constant battle between being a couch potato and a fitness freak, marathon runner.
