The challenge:
British Hospitality Association members are the who’s who of the hospitality industry in the UK. The BHA represents these companies in Whitehall, Brussels, the Scottish Parliament and the National Assembly for Wales – and it has been doing so for over 100 years. To celebrate its centenary year, the BHA asked Talisman to reshape their three major publications.
Talisman’s approach:
Putting together the right project management and the right designers to work with BHA’s editor ensured that the projects came out on time, within budget and looked markedly better than previous years.
A more logical and structured approach, combined with greater use of photography, turned the 32-page Food Service Management Report into a winner. The same approach also worked for BHA’s 40-page annual report and its 84-page Trends and Statistics report.
