The challenge:
With a diverse audience in terms of age, ethnic origin and economic status, one of Greater London's largest housing associations – London & Quadrant Housing Trust – asked Talisman to design a publication that would appeal to all residents.
Talisman’s approach:
Talisman created a fresh, simple design to create a link with publications residents enjoyed reading, such as tabloid supplements or lifestyle weeklies. With a focus on bright, bold pictures, Homelife features a lively mix of tenant stories and articles aimed at raising awareness of the Trust’s services and Government schemes.
Homelife was first published in 1998, winning the Communications in Housing Award in its first year. Since then Talisman has refreshed the magazine to reflect the needs of its audience and it continues to hold its highly-regarded position in the sector.
