The challenge:
Sodexo is a global food and facilities management services provider. In the UK and Ireland, it employs 48,000 people, who provide services such as catering, cleaning, grounds maintenance and hospitality at more than 2,300 locations. The magnitude of the operation and the disparate nature of their business created quite a challenge.
Talisman’s approach:
Sodexo’s frontline employees are the stars of the business. We created a quarterly magazine called Stars to recognise the people that make a difference. Stars features everything from personal achievements and profiles of people with interesting jobs to lifestyle snippets and company news.
In the ten years that Talisman has produced Stars, it has been through a number of changes, but the magazine continues to appeal to all employees.
