Global solution meets LINPAC's communication needs
The challenge:
Global companies face additional challenges when trying to engage employees. LINPAC – a packaging solutions manufacturer with 90 operations in five continents – identified a need for a regular strategic communication to its management teams worldwide, and approached Talisman for an effective solution.
Talisman’s approach:
Taking into account the budget, the company’s environmental policy and needs of the target audience, Talisman recommended an online features-based publication to be distributed as a downloadable pdf.
Outlook is produced bi-monthly and is designed to keep management teams around the LINPAC Group up to date with key projects and Group-wide initiatives. The publication quickly won praise from its target audience including the Group’s finance director who called it a “platform that really helps to give managers a feel of the breadth and depth of activity and change in the business”.
