Decade of event management with Standard Chartered

2012 marked the tenth year of Talisman’s parternership with international bank Standard Chartered, helping to deliver successful conferences and events around the world.

Since 2002 Talisman has worked with the corporate teams in Directorate, Group Corporate Secretariat and Investor Relations, plus other parts of the business to communicate face to face with their key stakeholders.

The bank employs 87,000 people, representing 130 nationalities, in more than 70 countries in Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe and the Americas. Listed on the London, Hong Kong and Mumbai stock exchanges, they rank among the top 20 companies in the FTSE-100 by market capitalisation.

Working closely with the in-house teams, depending on the nature of the event, Talisman is involved from concept development to completion, overseeing set design and build, supply of audio-visual equipment, production of branding and speaker-support material and running rehearsals and the event on site.

Events include AGMs, investor days and results presentations; a two-day annual event for it’s 600-strong Executive Leadership team, executive forums and conferences for the bank’s country CEOs.

Ranging in size from 40 to 600 people, we have run events for them in the UK, Singapore, Bangkok, Dubai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, New York, Seoul and Shanghai.
